Stomp Games in March
No matter what time of year you decide to visit Sandpoint, something is always going on. From the January Winter Carnival to February’s Madcap Follies at the Panida Theater; Schweitzer Stomp Games in March attracts freeride skiers from all over the west; Lost in the 50′s Car Show in May; 4th of July Celebration and Sandpoint Wooden Boat Festival in July as well as Schweizter Music Concerts all summer. August is one of the busiest months: The Festival at Sandpoint begins, and then there’s the Arts and Crafts Fair, the Bonner County Fair & Rodeo, and, of course, the Long Bridge Swim! September brings in Fall Fest at Schweitzer, and Idaho Draft Horse and Mule International. There’s plenty to do in October, too: Oktoberfest! But even when winter’s setting in, there’s still a lot to do in Sandpoint! There’s the K & K Fishing Derby, Holly Eve, holidays in Sandpoint in November and December brings with it the holidays in Sandpoint and New Years Eve celebrations!!
